OCTOBER 25, 2020
Our annual Halloween costume run returns, with a few modifications and surprises!
It’s more fun for everyone if you test out the run-ability of your Halloween costume, but costumes are not required.
Start your 4-mile run any time between 1:00pm and 4:00pm on Sunday, Oct. 25th from our downtown Durham location. All participants must complete their run by 4:45pm, so please plan accordingly!
This 4 mile out-and-back will take you down S. Ellerbee Creek Trail and through Northgate Park. Please familiarize yourself with the route ahead of time, but there will be spray chalk and signs (as well as a cone to mark your turnaround) along the way.
Our friends from HOKA will be on location with demo shoes (Bondi 7, Clifton 7 and Rincon 2) for you to wear test on your run.
The Tricks and Treats:
After your run, grab your very own “Trick or Treat” goodie bag to start your Halloween week right! Choose carefully, as winning tickets will be placed in several of these bags. Prizes include: HOKA socks and swag, Bull City Running prize packs, and 4 pairs of HOKA shoes!

The Fine Print
We offer these funs as an opportunity to get the running community together for some fresh air, friendship, and to encourage your training for upcoming races. All ages, paces, and abilities are welcome. These are not sanctioned events and they are not “supported” at the same level as a “typical” road race – i.e., follow pedestrian rules and watch for traffic!
Please be careful, you are running at your own risk.
But, they are free and we hope you’ll have fun! Thanks for your participation!
