Kids Run Durham

Sundays, April 24 – May 22, 2022 @ 3:00-5:00pm
Northgate Park, Durham

A 5-week, fun-focused running program for kids aged 4-12 years!

Kids Run Durham introduces kids to running in the form of a loosely structured “track meet” that allows participants to explore distances ranging from 100 meters to 1 mile. Participants will receive a personalized race bib, finishing time each week, and a custom Kids Run Durham tee!

Each session features a group dynamic warm up, and we invite local experts to teach kids tips and techniques for building healthy, active habits. Guest speakers address a variety of topics relevant to health, wellness, and running such as physical activity, nutrition, sportsmanship, and proper running form.
