Freaky 4-Miler

Our annual Halloween costume run returns! It’s free, festive fun for the whole family!
It’s more fun for everyone if you test out the run-ability of your Halloween costume, but costumes are not required.
The Plan:
Join us at 3:00pm on Sunday, Oct. 29th from our South Durham location.
Please arrive a little early if you would like to to try a pair of demo shoes from our footwear partner, HOKA! We will have the Mach X, Bondi 8, and Clifton 9 to demo!
The Route:
The 4-mile out-and-back route on the American Tobacco Trail is flat, fast, and can be modified to a shorter distance if you prefer!
The Tricks and Treats:
After your run, grab your very own “Trick or Treat” goodie bag to start your Halloween week right! Choose carefully, as extra special winning tickets will be placed in several of these bags. We will raffle off HOKA shoes, swag, and gift bags from Bull City Running Co!

The Fine Print
We offer these funs as an opportunity to get the running community together for some fresh air, friendship, and to encourage your training for upcoming races. All ages, paces, and abilities are welcome. These are not sanctioned events and they are not “supported” at the same level as a “typical” road race – i.e., follow pedestrian rules and watch for traffic!
Please be careful, you are running at your own risk.
But, they are free and we hope you’ll have fun! Thanks for your participation!
