Athletes love training to maintain and/or improve our physical strength and fitness, but it is equally important that we take care of our mental health for optimal performance and overall well-being.

Saturday Morning Run Club’s own Anna Cecerce, LCMHCA will be hosting a workshop after our run on July 13th to teach us some mindfulness skills and strategies for avoiding over-exercising and burnout. Join us for our usual Saturday miles at 8:00 am and stick around for Anna’s Mindfulness for Runners session at 8:45am.


Content covered at this workshop will be purely educational. No therapeutic services will occur.
