Yoga for Runners

Join us on August 24th for another fun-filled special edition of Saturday Morning Run Club! We’ll meet at Bull City Running – Downtown at 8:00 am for our usual run / walk. Afterward, we will take a short walk up the hill to Morris Green Park for a yoga class at 9:00 am focused on the areas where runners commonly experience tightness, fatigue, and injury, courtesy of Virge Yoga
 
And if running AND flowing with friends isn’t enough to convince you to come out, we’ll be celebrating a successful sweaty morning with FREE MIMOSAS after our yoga class, also brought to you by Virge Yoga.
