Cupid Shuffle Fitness Challenge

Each captain will be responsible for registering their team and creating a team password. A link will then be sent to team member #2 to register their personal details.

Grab your fitness pal, your gal pal, or your partner pal and join Bull City Running Co. and Courage Fitness Durham in the first ever Cupid Shuffle Fitness Challenge! It’s sure to be a good time and leave you both shuffling for the rest of the day!

The partner fitness challenge consists of 4 rounds of .25 mile run in between 4 rounds of 90-seconds of as many reps as possible (AMRAP) of a functional fitness bodyweight exercise. For example: AMRAP exercise (90 seconds) + Run 1/4 mile, repeat 4 times! Both partners do 4 rounds of each.
The exercises will be a surprise! Special thanks to Courage Fitness Durham, who helped design this dynamic workout. 

Each team will be given a scorecard and stopwatch to record their partner’s run time and number of reps completed in each round. Great news! For every 10 reps your partner completes of each exercise, we will subtract 1 second off of their total run time! For example, 60 squats = 6 seconds off your run time. The team with the lowest combined time score is our winner!

The fun doesn’t stop there! In addition to the lowest-scoring team, we will be giving out prizes to our best couple costume and team score closest to our “mystery score”!
