Hamstring injuries can be a real pain in the butt (and thigh)! If you’re struggling with one, or just want to avoid getting one, join us for a clinic with Regan Buck, DC, of Carolina Pain and Performance on Monday, October 9th at our South Durham shop. 
We’ll be learning the ins and outs of why runners get hamstring injuries and practicing some exercises that can help us rehabilitate them and avoid them in the first place. Please bring a foam roller and a yoga mat or towel if you have one!
