January is the perfect time to build new fitness habits, and strength training is an important habit for runners!
Liz will lead us in an interactive overview the value of strength training for runners that focuses on the following topics:
  • Why strength work is so important for runners of all levels
  • What strength work is most impactful for runners
  • How to incorporate strength work into your training
  • We’ll also work through a quick body weight strength circuit for runners that anyone can incorporate into their training
  • Please bring a yoga mat or beach towel!
