‘January is the season for new fitness resolutions and new runners! If you are starting or restarting a running routine or looking to learn how to run more efficiently and effectively in the new year, our Running Form: The Basics clinic is for you! 
 
Join us for this interactive clinic on running form to learn some tips, tricks, and exercises to run further, faster, and free of injury in 2025. The clinic will be facilitated by local runner, soccer star, and physical therapist Mollie Pathman of Peak Rehab Durham.
